We believe the Lord will pour out new wine and fresh oil as we gather to seek His face.
This conference is a time for encounter, equipping, and connection for the DOVE global family. Guest speakers Michael Brodeur and Phil Manginelli, along with DOVE leaders from around the world, will minister through Spirit-led teaching, prophetic ministry, prayer, worship, and strategic workshops. You will leave refreshed and empowered to lead with greater grace and boldness.
As leaders from over 20 nations gather, we anticipate God knitting hearts together in new partnerships and deepening our shared call to leadership through intimacy with Jesus, healing and wholeness, authentic relationships, and the name of Jesus being lifted up in the nations.

Our Guest Speaker
Michael Brodeur is a veteran pastor, church planter, and leadership coach with over 40 years of ministry experience. He founded PastorsCoach.com and DestinyFinder.com to help leaders and believers discover their God-given purpose and build thriving churches. Michael now mentors leaders globally, equipping them to lead with health, clarity, and impact.

Whether you’re seasoned or just beginning your leadership journey, there’s a seat at the table for you. Friends of DOVE are warmly invited. Please talk to your DOVE pastor about registering.
Sessions will be translated into Spanish and Portuguese.
