
Livestream Proctor
Lead a livestream campus and help students thrive in their leadership journey
About the Proctor Role
The proctor serves as the local leader of the livestream location for DOVE Global Leadership & Ministry School.
This role requires leadership abilities and comfort leading prayer and ministry times as assigned from the home campus in New Holland, PA. The proctor receives regular communication from the school director during class weekends and may be going through the school themselves alongside their students.

Proctor Responsibilities
Before Each Weekend
- Receive the weekend schedule and announcements on the Tuesday before classes to pray and prepare
- Print class notes sent on Tuesday before the weekend and distribute to all students
- Access detailed PowerPoints from Dropbox to share with students
- Have a printer accessible for any last-minute materials from speakers
During Class Weekends
- Lead prayer and ministry times as directed at the remote classroom
- Facilitate discussion times with students
- Immediately notify the school director of any issues with the live feed
- Ensure students have the texting number to communicate questions to the live classroom
- Make sure students know the website address to view classes on demand
After Each Weekend
- Distribute and collect tests (sent Tuesday before the weekend)
- Grade tests using the provided answer key
- Collect tuition payments from students and any church scholarships
- Send payment to the DOVE office by the Tuesday following classes
- Keep students accountable to complete and submit field study assignments
- Ensure students understand and complete all school assignments
